Ski Deals acts only as an agent and will not be responsible for providing your holiday.
When you book a holiday with Ski Deals, you will enter into a legally binding contract with the tour operator providing the holiday (eg Crystal Ski, Thomson, First Choice, etc). You will be asked to read and accept the tour operator's terms and conditions prior to booking as they contain important information including the tour operator's cancellation procedure. The contract will be formed only when we confirm the holiday with you, and dispatch a written confirmation through the post.
Air Travel Organisers License
For your protection and in accordance with the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organiser' Licensing) Regulations 1995 Ski Deals acts as Agents for ATOL Protected Tour Operators. All package holidays booked through Ski Deals which include a flight are protected under the ATOL scheme, which is operated guaranteed by the government. In effect, this means in the event of the collapse of an airline, the CAA will be responsible for refunding the cost of your holiday or organising and covering the cost of your return flights as appropriate. Passports & Visas
British Citizens require a valid full ten year British passport for travel outside the British Isles. Certain destinations may require at least six months validity remaining on the passport on the date of return. As a British Citizen you may also be required to hold a Visa for entry to non EU countries. Visas may also be required for longer stays over three months in certain EU countries. Immigration, visa and entry restrictions may apply both in the EU and elsewhere for other nationalities, including other EU nationals, and British Citizens who have conditions on their entry to the UK. You should contact the embassy, high commission or consulate of the destination for up-to-date advice on passports, immigration and visa requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party have valid passports, visas, health vaccinations and insurance cover for the travel being undertaken.
Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking that you are required to take out a suitable insurance policy for your travel arrangements, as we are unable to accept responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of your not having adequate insurance.
